We will not share your Personal Information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

Assigned drivers: Where the driver fulfilling your booking is not a direct employee of Stamford Wedding Cars, your contact details may be shared with that driver solely for the purpose of carrying out your Hire Agreement.

Wix platform: Enquiry and booking data submitted via our website is processed by Wix, who operate the platform on which our website is built, acting as a third-party data processor on our behalf. Wix processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at www.wix.com/about/privacy.

Legal obligations: We may disclose Personal Information where required to do so by law, legal proceedings, or regulatory obligation.

Protection of rights and safety: We may share Personal Information where we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stamford Wedding Cars, our customers, or the public.
5. Where do we store your ‘Personal Information’?
Your Personal Information will be stored within IT systems located within the UK, which may include secure cloud storage services. Where data is processed by third-party platforms such as Wix, it is handled in accordance with their respective data protection commitments. We retain your Personal Information for a period of up to six years following your Hire Date, after which it will be securely deleted.
